communication was ok but very reluctant to rectify the problem that was theres by sending the wrong colour from my order. had to involve paypal. and now awaiting my refund after I paid to print out the label I was eventually sent to return. absolutely to much hassle buying from here. never again

False advertisement item is no way a 15tog and its cheap material not what was advertised at all it came ripped and is unusable I expect a full refund.
