Important Information about your Return: We accept Returns within 30 days from date of order (Our only exceptions are made to order or cut to length products) If you have made a mistake or would simply like to return an item which you no longer want you will be responsible for the carriage return cost which is £3.99 for items up to 20 kg's and £8.95 for items over 20 Kg's This will be deducted from your refund amount. If We have made a mistake we will collect the item and there will be no reduction for the carriage from your refund amount. Once the return is authorised you will receive a further message which will provide a link to royal mails website where you can create a tracked returns label in a few simple steps. All you will need to do this is a order number and the RMA number provided to you by our returns representative. For Cut to length products such as cable, trunking, rope etc (These products are only examples and not a complete list) we are unable to accept these back. If you are unsure if your item falls into this category just send us an email. Returning a item general info: Make sure you package your item well before returning. No return packaging costs will be allowed for in any circumstances. You should return the item in the same box and packaging. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 14 days of when item has been received back by ourselves. Refunds can take 3 Business days to process once we action them.
