I am contacting you because I have a serious problem with an order purchased through OnBuy. The seller has not acknowledged or resolved my complaint.
My package is marked as delivered, but I have never received it.
I have substantial evidence that contradicts the delivery confirmation, including security camera footage from September 25, 2026. I was at home, watching my entrance, and no delivery vehicle or delivery person came to my door. Nobody rang my doorbell.
My camera recordings also show my neighbor receiving a large package around noon that day, but no package was delivered to me.
Furthermore, I have checked with my neighbors and all the local post offices, and nobody has my package.
SUNYOU has provided a proof of delivery, but it does not include a photograph or signature proving that I received the package.
I have already contacted the seller, but they have not acknowledged my complaint.
I am therefore asking OnBuy to intervene and open a formal dispute regarding this order.
I can provide my security camera footage, the tracking history and the official SUNYOU proof of delivery as evidence.
I request either the delivery of my original package or a full refund if the package cannot be located.
Please investigate this matter under OnBuy Purchase Protection and let me know how I can submit all my evidence.
I do not consider this matter resolved simply because the tracking system says delivered. I have not received my order.
