Unfortunately the item never arrived and upon chasing where it was I was advised the seller was closed!! No communication from the seller. No apology. Terrible customer service!
Onbuy was informed and following their investigations they have advised that they will be refunding me in full!
Our dogs already eat this dried food and as it's usually over £50 a bag so the ONbuy price was very attractive hence placing an order. Still awaiting the refund though!
I placed an order for formula on 29 June, with a delivery window promised between 19–25 July. After waiting nearly a month, I finally received an email the day after the final day of the delivery window—only to be told the item wouldn't arrive. No proactive communication, no updates, nothing until the last possible moment.
This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for something as important as baby formula. I will never order from this company again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them as well. They clearly can’t be relied on when it matters most.
