We're a genuine UK based retail outlet offering quality items at low prices than the high street. We are established family run business that is small enough to care and big enough to matter. We have an established retail outlet that continues to grow from strength to strength. We specialise in Flat Pack furniture, Home Furnishings, Bathroom Accessories, and Kitchen Accessories, Kids Room furniture, Toys & Games and a lots more. We are always adding new lines to our stock. All items are checked and sent extremely well packed to avoid any transportation damages. Delays in deliveries can occur by the postal/courier services, although we as a seller aim to ensure that a prompt dispatch is made for all orders. Please note delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays, delivery times will also vary with the delivery destination and during peak season. We are an eco-friendly company, we use reusable packing to do our bit for the environment and do not make a profit on P&P. We cannot be held responsible for manufacturing fault, but we will be happy to replace the faulty item or issue a refund, provided that, it has been reported to our customer care team within 48 hours of accepting the shipment. All our product pictures are used for illustrative purpose only; they may differ in the colour and packaging. We try our best to produce identical pictures for listing, but sometimes manufactures constantly update the look and specifications of the products and it might not be possible to update the listing on our website accordingly for some period. We will try to indicate the difference on our listings wherever it is applicable. Please be aware, we would not compromise on the quality of the product you receive in this case. RETURNS & REFUNDS Please ensure that you follow our returns process procedure as per instructions given upon making returns request to our customer Service Department team. How to return items to a Seller: To initiate a return of an item purchased from a Seller, please visit the Returns Support Centre and select Return items. Select the item you want to return and a reason for the return. The Seller will review your request and once they respond, you'll be notified by e-mail. Sellers typically respond to return authorisation requests within 3 working days. Delivery and handling charges for returning unwanted items dispatched by a Seller are usually borne by the buyer. However, if you receive an item that's different to what was described, or is clearly in a worse condition than was indicated (e.g. you've received a used item in circumstances where the item was described as new), please report this to the Seller directly within 30 days of receiving the item, and return the item to the Seller, in the same condition you received the item. You can request from the Seller a refund of the item price and the standard delivery costs (if any) paid by you when ordering the item, corresponding to the least expensive option offered by the Seller. If you return items in which you've saved personal information, such as laptops, cameras or other electronic devices, you must erase this information completely before sending the product back to the Seller. To ensure the safe return of the merchandise, please package your item with care. Packaging returns with care reduces the chances of damage in transit and can assist with the processing of the return by the Seller. For the return of an item which is damaged or has suffered a fault, please contact the Seller before returning item and obtain returns authorisation. Refunds: Where you're cancelling your purchase within the first 30 from the day you receive, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receives the last goods ordered by you (if delivered separately), and there's been no error on the Seller's part, the Seller will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows: - where you're returning an item that was part of a larger order, the Seller will refund the per-item charge for delivery - where you are returning an entire order, the Seller will refund the applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge - Sellers are only required to refund standard postage charges corresponding to the least expensive type of delivery offered by them where your Seller collects an item from you, the Seller will have the right to recover the standard costs of collection from you, and if you use a personalised pre-paid return label, the Seller is entitled to deduct the return postage from your overall refund.. Had to complain ordered on 9 June didn't arrive till 24 June. It arrived damaged. Sent photos to seller and did nothing. Had to go to PayPal for refund. Do not buy off this seller.
