PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you are not satisfied with your products, you can return them. You will be refunded as provided by law. According to the law (Legislative Decree n.206 / 2005) there is a deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal, within 10 days after receiving the goods. Exercise this warranty is simple, just follow these steps:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to express your wish to return goods that do not meet your expectations within 14 days after receipt of goods, attaching a copy of the sales receipt or invoice (a necessary condition for authorizing the withdrawal).
2. Wait for our confirmation of the receipt of the email and consent to the return the goods.
3. Products must be returned intact, have NEVER BEEN USED, placed in their original packaging complete with all their parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.) and must be properly packed inside and out, in their original packaging, and carefully sealed.
4. Shipping charges for returns are borne by the customer as per the rules on the online shopping. Please note that the goods travel at the risk of the customer, so it is advisable to ensure the content. We reserve the right to refuse the package, in case of packaging anomalies.
5. For a refund, you can choose one of the following options:
a) Replacement of goods
b) Chargeback (subject to any deductions)
The courier will make three delivery attempts and it will contact us to inform us it was unable to deliver the goods.
Consequently, we contact the customer by email or phone to give it the number of the local courier and set the date for delivery.
If the customer does not respond within 7 working days, we will take the goods back and all shipping costs, including the possibility that the goods are returned back to the customer, will be borne by the customer. Of course, we ask for your full cooperation, to avoid unnecessary shipping charges.
SIZE OF PRODUCTS
The size of a product is given (as for all web sites) by measuring the outer parts of the product.
The diameter of the parasols is expressed by measuring the length of the pole, or the distance from the tip of the umbrella to the tip of the radius.
With a negative feedback or a bad review, an email deemed offensive by our call center or a warning by Paypal, customers express their willingness to accept the goods received, permanently close each ongoing transaction, no longer having anything to claim from the company and exempt the company itself from carrying out any resolution of a problem that occurred during the transaction.
We invite you, before leaving a negative feedback or opening a dispute with Paypal, to contact us by phone or email to try to solve the problem.
PRODUCT WARRANTY – PRIVATE/PROFESSIONAL USE
All our products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase from faults or manufacturing defects (12 months for purchases with VAT or invoice).
The notification of the fault or of any manufacturing defect must be done with the aid of photographic material suitable to demonstrate the actual problem, without which you can not proceed with the complaint.
Failures or malfunctions caused by misuse or abuse of the product or problems caused by normal wear and tear of the components are not taken into account.
Most of our products are intended for private use and not for public/professional use, unless otherwise specified (“professional use”).
We warn our customers, therefore (hereby assuming any civil or criminal liability) not to exploit our products for professional or public use, when not clearly specified in product description.
We shall not be liable for any product failure or injury caused to the users.
After 14 days from the purchase, the defective product must be delivered for repair or replacement if the same can not be repaired directly at our logistic warehouse, after get your email.
Our technical department, after having properly verified that the product is really defective, will repair or replace it, with shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
In the event that the product is instead functioning and free of the defects reported, our company reserve the right to charge, in addition to any costs of re-routing, a sum of money as compensation for the time spent by the technical department looking for the alleged failure complained by the customer.

The European Commission gives consumers the opportunity to resolve online disputes pursuant to Art. 14 Para. 1 of the ODR on one of their platforms.
