A little confusion as I wish the tv had not been the last and opened due to having no warranty form in the box , I did however get an option to cancel order prior to mailing out so fingers crossed I have no issues!

Item was advertised as new, however arrived looking like it had been rolled down a hill. They didn't refund when they saw photos of the damage, nor when it arrived back to them the very next day after saying they would. Opened paypal case when we didn't get a response four days later. Started to receive condescending messages on WhatApp as a result, telling us to 'be calm', that they had 'already processed the refund' and that paypal would now slow that process down. Utter nonsense. Had to continue with paypal, however seller wouldn't confirm receipt of return so we had to contact courier directly to get it. Paypal refunded. Start to finish it was embarrassingly bad: Item was not new as advertised, called at antisocial hours, not given the promised tracking meaning we waited in all weekend, didn't mention any of the damage, didn't refund when promised, tried to intimate us out of using paypal, didn't send info paypal required, paypal had to issue the refund. Will never, ever, touch again.
