Great service quick delivery

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ian was very rude and claimed we were aggressive on the call. We were slightly out of the returns by a few days, and he abruptly refused this, even though I stated the product hasn't been opened and was not fit for purpose. Despite asking for a reduced refund rate, it was still a firm no because it was no benefit to their business to have it returned. Stay away from this company, god forbid something is ordered in error!

Cannot fault it! Excellent

Very Happy they even phoned me to make sure it's going to the TV not a dish. Would recommend this company.

Email for a problem I had and rang me within minutes, gave me some information to help me out, and no problem anymore.

Arrived day before ..
