I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received. I ordered a dimmable light, but a non-dimmable light was delivered instead. In addition, the item arrived much later than expected.
I had already arranged for an electrician to come and fit the light based on the agreed delivery timeframe, and the delay and incorrect item have caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary expense.
This situation is unacceptable. I expect a prompt resolution, either by sending the correct dimmable light immediately or providing a full refund, together with consideration for the costs and inconvenience caused. Please respond as soon as possible to confirm how this matter will be resolved.
