Unhappy with the service I am receiving, I have ordered this mattress and it hasn’t turned up, I’ve been waiting since the 15th may (1st delivery date), then they told me another would be delivered on the 26th may, this has still not turned up and I’m a 78 yr old women sleeping on the floor until I can get this resolved or a refund to buy a mattress
