I purchased the Citysports Folding Treadmill 1400W Electric Treadmill (12km/h) from Right Choice, and the timeline speaks for itself.

• The first treadmill failed after eight months with an internal electrical fault that tripped my home electrics.
• Right Choice sent a new power cable, which did nothing to fix the fault.
• They then replaced the unit under warranty.
• The replacement lasted six months before developing another electrical fault.
• Right Choice diagnosed a faulty motor and offered to send a new motor with a YouTube link for DIY installation — something that should never be carried out by an unqualified customer on an electrical product.
• After pushing back, they agreed to send the “latest updated version.” It took ages to arrive and turned up as a resealed, returned, damaged unit, with broken parts protruding from a damaged box.
• When I refused to accept a damaged, previously returned treadmill, they stated they would not help any further and claimed they had provided “multiple solutions and replacements,” which is simply untrue.


Two treadmills failed within 14 months, unsafe repair instructions were given, and the final “replacement” was a damaged, resealed unit. When challenged, the seller refused to replace or refund it.

The Citysports 1400W treadmill is not built to last, and the customer service from Right Choice is unreliable, dismissive, and not fit for purpose.
If you value your money or your safety, avoid this seller and avoid this product.

The top speed is 10 km/h, not 12 km/h. They deliberately give the wrong top speed to inflate the price and deceive buyers. I definitely don't recommend it.
