I returned this phone due to it being counterfeit. It flickered when turned on so I took it to get checked as it was a "brand new phone". The lady told me it was a counterfeit phone and had 2 IMEI numbers attached to it. Both without warranty. I took it to CEX for a second opinion and they confirmed it. The SIM tray was different as was the box it came in. I contacted the seller explaining this and was told to return it for a full refund. I returned it last week but it still states waiting for item to be scanned into our system. I am still awaiting a refund. I also got in contact with onbuy and explained all of this and received a reply to return the phone. Nothing was said about an investigation into it being counterfeit. I paid £239.99 for this for my daughter's birthday which obviously she never got. I am very disappointed and feel ripped off!
