As a customer, I trusted that I was purchasing a genuine product, but instead, I have been misled. It is highly concerning that OnBuy is allowing sellers to list counterfeit products and deceive customers. I strongly urge you to take responsibility for this and process my full refund immediately.
If I do not receive a refund or return label promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further by reporting it to consumer protection authorities, my payment provider, and leaving public reviews to warn other customers about my experience.
