This is where the biggest problem started. The seller claimed they hadnt received the package and kept asking me for a tracking number which I didnt have as I hadnt organised the courier. This is something they had, but would not listen to me informing them I didnt have it and it would have been something they received when booking the collection. After increasingly rude responses to my messages (the last one asking me not to message them again) I ended up having to escalate to OnBuy.com's customer service.
Throughout this I was also unable to get an invoice from them despite asking at least 3 times which was required for our accounts.
My advice would be to avoid this seller!
