fast delivery - no problems at all

HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING, dreadful! Poor customer service, no help when needed, it’s very scary having given a company your money hundreds of pounds and you are in the ‎Unknown of when your parcel is coming, am I being scammed, blunt responses. I will NEVER use them again! It was terrifying experience just for 1 item, it cost me my time, mental health, money wasted going from one address to the other because of incorrect delivery time. And delivery man doesn’t follow instructions and be asking you personal questions which made me feel so uncomfortable.

I think this company needs to be properly reviewed and assessed, there’s something not right about it
