The worst buying experience I’ve ever had!
‼️ WARNING‼️ Do not make a purchase!
I bought what was described as a ‘new’ Samsung tablet, it arrived with a broken screen, scratches all over, dirty and clearly worn from plenty of use. I most certainly would not recommend or purchase from here again, feels incredibly scammy and I wouldn’t want anyone else to be quite as upset as I am right now. I’ve requested a return and refund and now awaiting a reply - I shall update this once I’ve had a response.

Absolutely disgusting company to deal with - AVOID! They sold me a faulty product, told me to return it for a full refund and then lied about the product they received back from me.
They claim it was in poor condition and was in fact a different serial number than the one they provided - absolutely impossible! Scummy liars happy to rob people of their money

Rubbish full price and came with a us plug will not buy anything else from onebuy and id suggest others do the same as it comes from Amazon and all other places there just a middle man go direct will be cheaper and a UK version with up plug!!!!!!!
