Really bad. Will not accept a return or their mistake

Shocking service,they will not admit to misrepresentations.
Disgusting, asked for a refund due to being not as described.
For a full refund, I need to return the product.... Won't give me the address.

Avoid Onbuy and this retailer, they are making money under false pretences.
Avoid at all cost!!!

Extremely disappointing experience. The seller held my money for days only to inform me later that the item was 'lost in transit' and was the last one in stock. Terrible communication and poor stock management. I do not recommend buying from them.

Absolute rubbish

Despite a claimed reputation for "fast delivery", OnBuy failed to meet the original delivery date and I waited more than two weeks for delivery of an "accessory" which turned out to be a spare part that would be used to repair the accessory! I turned to Amazon and had the correct ACCESSORY the very next day.

Not impressed this item wasnt what i thought and i have requested a return but got no answer

The order unfortunately lost in transit.
