Delivery was really good. They text a approx time 48 hours before and then you just had to confirm. I had a question so I rang the number and someone was on the other end to answer my question. She was very polite and helpful and reassured me of my concern. Smooth delivery. For the money it’s fantastic!!

Quick service, on time, very eager. I now know why. The sofa is uncomfortable and the base cushions will need a better quality foam to make it more comfortable.

Good customer service
Wasn’t good customer service when it was a week late in coming to my house. Didnt like it so sent it back and had to pay £60 to be picked up and not getting hassle off klarna because they haven’t contacted them to say it’s been picked up l. Onbuy are still trying to take money out my account for the settee I sent back to them
