We are happy to accept returns for refund or exchange subject to thefollowing terms and conditions Returns Policy UK and EC : The customer has a statutory right to cancel their order at any time up to 14 whole working days after receipt of the goods. Sox-U-Wear Limited will extend this to 30 days from Invoice Date. Returns Address: UK Farm Stores Soxuwear ltd Beech Farm Estate, Off North Trade Road BATTLE, TN33 0HN, United Kingdom Where these goods have already been despatched and / or paid for a full refund will be made within 14 days of the return of the items. Goods must be in a re saleable condition with all tags-labels & immediate packaging intact and must not have been worn or washed. Please note for hygiene reasons Underwear/Socks/Nightwear items are not refundable IF WORN under any circumstances unless a fault is found. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition. Must include original labels and tags. We reserve the right to reduce any refund where costs are incurred to bring return items back to a saleable condition. We will refund all moneys paid to us to include standard shipping costs charged but not any enhanced shipping charges or extra service charges such as gift wrapping. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. You should notify us of this fault within a reasonable time subsequentto delivery and we will (subject to confirmation of the fault), repair or replace the goods or refund you in full. If goods are faulty or damaged upondelivery please return them for exchange or a full credit EC customers need topay return costs but will be re - imbursed at an equivalent cost equal to the cheapest method of return.
