<p><strong>Terms & Conditions:</strong></p> <p>- <strong>all returned items must be in exactly the same condition</strong> (unopened, unused, with factory seals intact and in their original packaging)<br />- <strong>all items returned in a different condition</strong> (factory packaging opened, seals removed, items tried or used) are subject to a <strong>partial refund of up to 60%</strong><br />- <strong>all software and games that were opened or had factory packaging removed cannot be returned</strong> (as licences could have been activated)<br />- <strong>all deliveries </strong>are<strong> Monday to Friday</strong> only, we do not normally post or deliver on Saturdays or Sundays (unless you requested it)</p> <p>Please note that all our new high-value branded products are sold at significant discounts, therefore we have rigorous returns and refunds policies. For products that have been opened and original factory packaging removed we can only issue partial refunds up to the 60% due to the loss of resell value.
