A dodgy seller and a liar — not recommended. They took the order and payment, of course, but the parcel was never dispatched. Although the status was changed to “Dispatched” in the system, no tracking details were ever provided, which clearly shows it was not shipped. OnBuy eventually refunded the money, but it was a complete waste of time.

Giving the order was easy, but I was unhappy with the predicted delivery period - two weeks, which turned out to be accurate. I was also unhappy with the chosen carrier, who left the package at ground level near my front door and gave no indication that a delivery had been made. It was invisible from inside the door and it took a visitor to spot it. I was also unhappy that I could apparently only track the package if I opened an account with OnBuy. This overall poor service is the reason for my giving only two stars.
