DO NOT BUY FROM ONBUY. I purchased an item that was poor, when I asked for a refund I was eventually told to send it back. I asked for a return label as it was clear they wanted me to pay. After weeks of messaging back and forth and many promises from them, I gave up and contacted PayPal. This is an edited review as their response was a generic reply which gave the impression they wanted to help, when infact they've washed their hands of the situation.
REFUND NOT FORTHCOMING.
