All Starrbuys Trading reviews
Very disappointing experience with Starrbuys Trading. I reported that my Bagotte robot vacuum was faulty shortly after receiving it, but instead of providing proper support, I was repeatedly asked for a video. I explained that I was having technical difficulties sending large video files and requested several times to speak with a customer service representative, even providing my contact number, but my requests were completely ignored.
I tried to resolve the issue myself and temporarily got the vacuum working, but the same faults returned. When I contacted the seller again, they refused to help, simply stating that the item was outside their return window and suggesting I pay to have it repaired locally.
A retailer should stand behind the products they sell, especially when faults are reported from the outset. The communication was poor, the after-sales support was disappointing, and there was no genuine attempt to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.
