Had I not contacted them myself to complain, they would have said absolutely nothing. That tells you everything you need to know about how dishonest and untrustworthy this seller is. This was not a simple mistake — they knowingly shipped less than advertised and hoped it would go unnoticed.
To make matters worse, they then expected me to return the item at my own inconvenience despite the fact that their misleading listing and poor business practices caused the issue in the first place. I am unable to get to a drop-off location, and frankly I should not have to jump through hoops because of their behaviour. They have also refused to provide a reasonable partial refund for the missing half of the product.
This company should not be allowed to sell online. Misleading customers, sending incomplete orders without disclosure, and refusing to resolve matters fairly is disgraceful behaviour. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted money — buy elsewhere.
