However, the Blu Ray had a fault which I thought was the disks, until i got round to buying the same disks again on Blu Ray, and realised it was the players fault. Studio Direct are now saying I have to prove the fault by paying for an engineer to do a report on it ! It has a 1 year manufacturer warranty on it, so cant understand why they wont even look at it for me. I even contacted Panasonic direct, who said I have to contact the seller.
This is the first product Ive bought via OnBuy, and naturally not impressed so far.
