Returns and Claims:
1. From the date of purchase, you have 30 days to return the item back to us.
2. We shall issue a pre-paid returns label if one of the following is applied:
2.1. -Incorrect item sent
2.2. -Item was damaged/faulty upon receipt, with no manufactures warranty to be applied.
2.2.1. -Most electronic items and mechanical items hold a warranty with the manufacture directly.
2.3. -Item was out of date or expired when receiving the goods (listing did not state)
3. Labels provided will be a Royal Mail pre-paid postage return label or a DPD drop off returns label, depending on the item type and quantity.
4. All other returns will not receive a prepaid returns label. All issues and claims must be brought to our attention within two days of receiving the goods. Any claim made outside this window will not be accepted.
5. Sizing issue items sure as cat/dog flaps and clothing items will also full under the non-fault returns policy, and you will be held liable to return the item to us in the same state you received it. Dog fur, wear and tear, and unfamiliar smells will cause a surcharge to be applied to the refund or exchange.
6. We will require accurate images to be sent to us, clearly displaying the issue to us, without these images we cannot file an accurate claim, this may cause issues with issuing a refund, replacement or the correct item to be sent.
7. If you do not have a printer please let us know when you file a claim and we can address this issue.
