If I could give 0 stars I would.
Firstly the seller offered me 10% discount for my trouble.
Then I was told to steam clean the rug.
All I want is to return it and why should I be out of pocket .
The seller can surely see this rug isn't right and DEFINITELY ISN'T LUXURY.
This seller hasn't been helpful at all and I wouldn't EVER EVER purchase anything from this company again.
It is nothing like the description.
And it's not as described.Also the measurements are shorter than it states in the advert.
