Good customer service
Do not use this seller. The item was used and not brand new as described and this item is for personal hygiene! There was a random battery in the box, (which the seller said to keep as a gift!) the item does not require a battery and there was hair and dirt in the box with the item.
They have not refunded me for the item or delivery charges as they promised from receipt of the tracker receipt of me returning the item.
3 weeks and still no refund and I am nearly £200 worse off, also debatable if this toothbrush was even legitimate
