Product has broken after 7 months (bought July 2024) and apparently I only have 30 days to return. No policy on faulty goods after this period or up to 12 months. Complete waste of my money. Will not use On-buy or this retailer again and would not recommend
Their communication, though, was quick, polite and respectful, hence 2-stars instead of 1.
