Not good the seller has not got back to me about the fact my item has not arrived or there is no update on my delivery

DO NOT BUY! Iphone was already unlocked upon purchase without requiring a set up indicating that it has already been used. Factory reset was not possible which suggests this is probably stolen. The box did not come with the usual apple document pack and the outside showed it was originally from India.

BEWARE: Selling Used/Tampered Phones as "New Sealed” Word or Warning . I purchased an Apple iPhone 17 256GB in May/June IPhone was registered in February. White advertised as "new and sealed," but received a tampered, refurbished device instead.Upon inspection, the factory seal looked highly suspicious and tampered with. After checking the serial number on Apple’s official website, I discovered the phone had actually been activated and registered 3 to 4 months prior to my purchase. When confronted, the seller admitted to opening the box "just to check it." This completely contradicts the "new sealed" description and begs the question: if you just opened it to check it, why go through the effort of carefully resealing the box to deceive the buyer?To make matters worse, the phone is defective. Within a day of use, the screen became randomly unresponsive to touch. When typing, you can see the letters visually pop up on the screen, but the phone fails to actually type the letter. Additionally, the hold-to-speed-up video feature does not work at all. Having owned over 10 iPhones, I have never encountered these issues, especially on a supposedly brand-new device. suspect not original screen . This is very strange suspicious behaviour. Save yourself the headache, money, and frustration. Avoid this seller at all costs. Got full refund but that’s hassle as long OnBuy keep given the seller chances then when they don’t respond they have to prompt them .. It should be they don’t respond instant refund not make buyer jump through hoops.. They also need to vet these sellers
