It was implied that it would be a Belaco fan. It is not. I cannot send it back. There is no paperwork included in the package and no discernable address in English. All the copy on the box is in Chinese characters.
Furthermore there was not, never was, any confirmation of my order. No indication of any sort that my order had been received.
Believing that the order had not gone through, I made the mistake of re-ordering the fan. So now two payments have been taken from my account for a product that I was misled into purchasing.
There was then no notification of any delivery date.
So now I have two that I do not want. And no means of returning them.
I would like to know what you propose to do about my predicament.
I would like to have my money back.
I am happy to return the items to an address - in England
Relay were excellent and the driver managed to find me despite our unusual address layout on my Close, so he gets extra credit!
