I firstly places order and received a message to ask me to cancel my order as they had no stock.
I looked and they still was selling item and clearly had stock.
I messaged back to explain that I was confused as I could but the item now however you say you have no stock.
The reply I got was a apology that they now have the stock and it would be sent our for delivery that day. This was 2 weeks ago and delivery date was 23/11/-25/11 still not received I messaged and asked for tracking and explained these was fir a birthday present for 6th decemeber. They agreed to send me tracking but never sent it.
I emailed yesterday and explained that I believe I have been scammed and would like the tracking. They ignores my request again for tracking and have told me they can see that the delivery provider is behind on deliveries didn't tell me who they was nor any other information that if I donr receive them by Friday they would refund or resend. Friday is the day I needed them.
Honest I know pandora is more expensive but buy from them sometimes something to good can be too good to be true & this sounds like one of the things.
I'm highly doubtful but if I receive these products I will review again but we shall see as we are only 2 days away from my friends birthday with now no gift.
