Not sure if the item was sent damaged or it was damaged in transit. But i got it damaged

Good communication

DO NOT BUY from this supplier. You wait weeks and keep messaging them for delivery updates. They say it’s at port outside then when you chase again ‘severe weather’ has caused the delay and it hasn’t arrived at port…..it’s the end of summer and no adverse weather has happened.

Then you complaint to Onbuy and suddenly the supplier updates your order to ‘delivered’!

But guess what….nothing delivered!

Refund demanded and still waiting

Had to contact the seller to find out where the product was as late delivery. They did communicate that there had been a problem with the delivery but the received a product that was only half full was disappointing.

Troublesome trying to get through to seller but like I said packaging hasn't affected item

Perfect service

I would definitely use this seller again.

Recieved in a couple of weeks. Works like a dream just as the original one. Would highly recommend. Will be buying from again. Thanks for a smooth transaction
