I ordered 'Jo Malone Cologne' as a Christmas present on the 23rd November. After 5 days it was marked as dispatched, but i received no Tracking details, just its due for delivery 2-5 Dec.... I messaged UKDapper requesting some more info on Tracking, about 2 days later, i received a blunt message "Should be on the sale ? Will be due with you next week" (which its not hence i asked) and isn't overly helpful.
Still no item, still no tracking Number, still no explanation of why its late or where it is, or even if ill ever get it.....??? Which is hugely frustrating as i need to know if i have to find and buy this item elsewhere in time for Christmas.
A little communication would go a Long way.
I purchased on this basis as we go away today for 5 weeks. I contacted the seller to make it clear that I had a deadline but all I got was a message saying it would be delivered this week with no explanation of why there was a delay.
I now have a message saying it will be delivered tomorrow. My messages have fallen on deaf ears. Be very aware of this seller

Two weeks later this rouge trader still has not refunded my £90 or sent the goods I ordered
