Took a while to even confirm a delivery date and then decided to refund over a week later claiming it had been lost in transit yet no confirmation of this item ever being shipped, no tracking information or courier details and I know working in this industry that items do not just get marked as lost and replacements sent within a week period, an investigation takes place before any courier confirms as sellers can be eligible to claim compensation.
