Bought 2 lots of PC bundles missing power cable and cable that does not work unable to use one very disappointed little boy on Xmas as one worked and one didn’t contact retailer assured me replacements would be sent without delay after confirming my addressing it’s now been 11 days since first contact and I messaged to ask about it and said I was thinking about returning the whole order and just buying else where they assured me it had been shipped sending me a tracking reference saying there’s a delay at my end with DPD or DPDs end taking no responsibility so I have tracked the reference number DPD has not even collected the parcel yet because it was only shipped with today’s date tracking was only created today meaning I wasn’t only lied to but instead of taking responsibility and saying it had forgot to have been sent they lied and said there was a delay on DPD side instead of their own!!! So nearly 2 weeks and my boy hasn’t even got to have a go of his main Xmas present yet so very disappointed

Iam trying to contact onebuy with a question about a new product I would like to purchase.Its impossible to speak to a human being?Online AI is rubbish & online account is just as bad.The AI on the live chat is garbage.What do I have to do to speak to a human being.
They also have no contact phone number.Vrty difficult to get a answer on a product.
