Product never arrived, had to chase and then was told to was lost, then it was out of stock after 3 weeks.

Came late tried finding it amazon chased it up for me ... its lovely but not clour pale pnk .... ive just jad major operation and not able to sort change it ... it is lovely

Still waiting for my order, first one apparently lost by the courier, but they lied about which courier it was , the promised replacement also appears to be lost, and OnBuy customer services are useless, supposed to respond after 2 days!!!!! I have heard nothing!!!! It's a shame you can't leave zero stars for these jokers. Am now waiting for my promised refund and credit.
