The Seller , the company rubbish.

I was supposed to receive the item between 2nd - 7th April but have not received the item yet. I tried to cancel the order before they despatched but the seller lied and said it had been despatched. They then decided to despatch the item after my cancellation request and said I would receive in a few days. This was a week ago and the item is still somewhere in transit as it is coming from china which I didn't initially know as it said on details that it was coming from Scotland, which is why I placed the order thinking I would receive in a few days or at least on the given timescale.
