The delivery wait time was slightly too long and the item received looked poor in quality. Also needed to buy a plug as the wire had a foreign plug on it.

The item was very late but the communication was good with the company and did eventually arrive. Had things before from OnBuy and always good. Shame about the cushion especially having a spinal problem.
