I have not received my order of these hangers. OnBuy send a standard message asking if ive received my order but seem to go no further leaving me to chase up the order myself which proves difficult for me to do. Not had a problem with OnBuy before so think the fault lies with this seller

Ich habe den Artikel nicht erhalten - auf meine mail hin in der ich mich entscheiden sollte, ob ich das Geld zurück möchte oder noch auf den Artikel warten möchte, habe ich geschrieben ich bitte um erneute Zusendung und Bestätigung meiner Antwoet per mail ! Ich habe keine Betätigung und keine Lieferung erhalten . Ihr Service ict miserabel !! Bitte teilen Sie mir mit , ob mit der Lieferung diese Woch noch zu rechnen ist !
