Dear OnBuy Customer Service,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding an order that was never delivered. Although the seller has now issued a refund, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided.
I placed this order through two different suppliers, who may in fact be operating under different names, yet both failed to deliver the item. More concerning was the complete lack of communication from either seller. At no point was I contacted to advise of any delays or issues with the order, which I consider highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
As a customer, this experience has left me feeling misled and frustrated. I would strongly urge OnBuy to ensure that sellers using your platform are genuine, reliable, and committed to maintaining acceptable standards of customer service. Customers should be able to shop with confidence and not feel cheated or ignored when problems arise.
I hope you will review these sellers appropriately to help prevent other customers from having a similar experience.
