I complained to the seller and received polite replies but they reflected at best a certain naivity and at worst delaying tactics. They couldn't explain what had happened to them and eventually gave me a full refund. It left me wondering whether this whole thing was some kind of scam or just poor communication. After a month or so I was back to square one.
