Good customer service
Delivery took longer than expected, to the point where I only received the violin once the return window had closed. Upon checking the violin it was damaged, faulty and not even the right size. When I sent evidence of this the seller agreed to a return but refused to provide any return details. After a few vague messages, they went quiet. I ended up having to open a case with PayPal who have today refunded me the full amount.
Advice to future buyers...don't do it! Go elsewhere for quality customer service. I know things go wrong and it's how you put them right that counts. This seller just isn't interested at all!
