It is I just want to know where my item is that was supposed to arrive by 8 December??
If my order is not in on Monday please give me my money back and I will buy somewhere else.
Washed inside out on a low temperature delicate wash and the colour has started to fade and all the lettering has also started to crease/crack.
Seller offered a 40% refund which I refused. Then they asked me to pay £5 to keep the defective item which again I refused then when i requested a replacement I was asked to pay £6.30.
After showing photo evidence they are insisting this is not a faulty/defective item.
I would NOT recommend this seller!
Update : after I opened a PayPal dispute and was awarded a full refund the seller today 11/12/23 sent a message to say they hadn’t received the faulty item back (not requested by PayPal to do so) and they would be taking me to court!!
WARNING : AVOID THIS SELLER!!
