They ended up sending me me a different product from a completely different brand than what I ordered, the one they sent me is half the size and much cheaper quality and price, I can see online it only cost £10 when the one was ordered and paid for was £27. Super scammy definitely stay away from this seller.
I believe this happened because you sold a counterfeit product. If anything serious had happened to my grandmother, the consequences could have been much worse.
I do not want a refund, and I will not be returning the product. I will keep it as evidence and will be opening a case regarding this matter. Now i will see you in court.
We will deal with this through the appropriate legal process.
