I mean the seller was fine, quick delivery and stuff, just the product wasn't great

Order arrived late but was as described and seler contacted and confirmed item was out for delivery so if ordering leavr plenty of time if itsfor gift .

DELIVERY WAS LATE

extremely disappointed with the service! Ordered the item on 14/03 and was informed delivery would be latest 24/03. Today is the 28/03 and the item and has arrived broken.Throughout the delivery process the item tracking information was not available and so when I contacted the seller for an update they advised the order was on its wAy and that I needed to be patient. Reply’s from seller take a minimum of two days. So dissatisfied and disappointed! I have requested for my money back as if I was to request for replacement I’d probably be waiting another 2 weeks!
Awaiting for response probably hear back in two days time!?!
