I see a few unhappy customers here.
There is no indication even on the packaging that turns up that they are from China.
It is only if the tracking link works that you see Chinese writing.
This is the second lot purchased but thankfully I had only just started taking the first lot.
The tracking link did not work on my first order and as I say when it turned up it looked like it was from a UK place? I really don't understand how this can be.
I was a bit suspicious after seeing this link with Chinese writing so I investigated this product with the UK manufacturer who asked if I could send the product to them as they were not part of a batch made by them.
I thought the packaging looked a little blurred but they do have a bar code , batch number and date on them which is convincing.
I sent the pills to them for analysis. They advised me not to take them.
Part of the letter I received back as follows....
Our analysis has determined that the predominant ingredient in the product is Soya Oil, it would therefore be contraindicated for people with peanut or soy allergy. If you have any concerns, please contact your Healthcare provider.
I have sent 2 messages to this seller asking where they are made .
No reply.
I have asked On-buy to investigate and with all fairness to them they have taken on my enquiry on after quite a few lengthy e-mails.
Please advise?
I'd like a refund please.
