Delivered the wrong item

I found the service was very poor, none delivery of goods so far and no contact
from the company to explain why

The seller was excellent and the Item was packed well

IT CERTAINLY WAS PACKED WELL

These items say they have been delivered but I have not received them

While I was happy with the fairly prompt arrival of this item. The packaging: while the box itself was sturdy, the lid on top was bashed in. and the contents were in a plastic bag, thankfully in tact. But at risk of them all pouring out had the bag had a tear too.

My whole reason for buying this millions 1k of sweets, was as a birthday gift. The photo advertises the product as a large Jar. There is no mention anywhere in the description that it will be in a clear plastic bag. This is unable to be gifted without the jar! Not to mention that without the jar there is no way to tell if the product is the real millions brand, no way to tell if the use by date. And i would normally reassured with a sealed jar. As there is none, goodness knows how they are stored and touched for sales. This was a complete waste of money.
