Haynes Silicone Grease is a food-grade grease that can be used in a variety of applications in food and pharmaceutical plants where incidental food contact may occur.

Due to their Food Grade ingredients, these lubricants are more suitably designed for slush machines, coffee machines, in particular, and also give good results in any machine, cars in general. Haynes Lubri-Film Plus is designed for longer lubrication intervals, eliminating downtime to relubricate the equipment. This lubricant wears evenly on all moving parts, preventing metal-to-metal contact and equipment damage. Keeping your slush machine lubricated is a critical part of maintaining your equipment.
 

Rear tank seals require lubrication every week as does the orange rubber plunger valve inside the handle using this lubricant product. Failure to do so can cause the handles to snap, seals to dry out, and crack which can cause your slush mix to leak.
 

Silicone Grease is a suitable lubricant to keep your slush machines in good working order.
 

Instructions of use:
 

1. Remove pin and dissemble the handle
2. Place a drop of lube on your finger
3. Rub into the moving parts and seal
4. Re-assemble the handle back together
5. Slush Tank;
6. Drain slush product from slush tanks
7. Unclip and remove the tank 
8. Remove the mixing spindles
9. Remove the large round seals
10. Rinse with warm water and wipe clean then dry
11. Dispense a large drop of lube onto the finger pad
12. Rub thoroughly around the rubber seal and plastic tank casing
13. Re-assemble
