Choose where and when you want to work out with this incredibly popular 11pc Resistance Bands Set with a range of weights to give you an easy and satisfying full body workout no matter your strength. The fun exercise bands start at 10lbs (yellow) and increase up to a more challenging 30lbs (black).

The set also includes a 15lbs (red), 20lbs (green), and 25lbs (blue) resistance band which can even be used with one another to increase the amount of resistance you experience. However, it's recommended that you start with the smallest resistance and work your way up.

These highly elastic bands are designed to exercise your entire body, making them ideal for both physical therapy and daily training. They can be easily held down by your feet whilst training your arms or if you'd prefer to focus on strengthening your legs, the included ankle straps are the perfect accessory to help with this. 

To allow for continuous comfort whilst exercising, the set even comes with two soft foam handles. Simply attach the handles to your chosen band/s using the durable carabiner rings and you'll be able to focus on your workout. 

This exercise set also comes complete with a door anchor, perfect for on-the-go use whether that be in your own home, a hotel room or a friend's house. To use, open your chosen door and slip the material section through the gap; once the door is closed, the bead will hold the nylon strap in place and you can safely use your resistance bands.
